Welcome to YamaBama!
This luxury and newly furnished condo overlooks the UofA Practice fields. You are able to walk to the stadium, Coliseum, Aquatic Center, and more! You can't ask for a better location. The condo is located just 0.5 miles from the stadium! The condo is equipped with a grill, TVs in all rooms & balcony, as well as plenty of games! There are complex workout facilities just down the hallway from the unit & and a complex industrial ice-maker for your game day needs! There are 2 elevators for the complex. This is NOT a pet friendly property!
The first bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom that has a tub shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bd with a twin xl over a queen bed. There is also chair that can be converted into a single bed. The second bathroom is located right next to this second bedroom and has a walk in shower. In the living room there is a sofa that can be set up as a twin xl bed.
There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.
**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.
** Guest are NOT allowed to be on the balcony during Alabama Football Practice. Hefty fines are given out if violations occur. **
Pricing is set for up to 4 people, and up to 5 people for SEC games and May graduation. There is a $50 per person charge for extras, up to 8 people.

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

We just dropped our daughter off for her freshman year at AL. This property was perfectly located for us. The place was super clean and easy to get anywhere we needed. The Bama decorations was a nice touch, got us excited for being there. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We have stayed at this beautiful condo twice and enjoyed the convenience to the campus. We could easily walk to campus, shops, or restaurants nearby. It is an easy walk to the football and baseball stadiums. It is stylish with its ‘Bama decor and very comfortable with its open floor plan and great room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space to unpack clothes. The parking and entry were super easy to access and convenient to enter and exit. Four people stayed at the condo, but it can easily accommodate more people. The management was considerate and very responsive to any requests. We will definitely be back to visit and stay at the Yama Bama condo again! Roll Tide!
