Welcome to Parsons' Carriage House!
This house is situated behind the Owners Occupied property with its entrance at the end of the driveway. It is only 1 mile north west from Bryant Denny Stadium! The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can sleep 6 guests. There is a full kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you will need to create a home cooked meal or maybe just some game day treats! The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. A queen sized sleeper sofa can also be set up if additional guests are staying.
The Historic District:
This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa's Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise - inside after 10:30, visitor restrictions, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area. There is a lovely outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy a meal when the weather is nice!
Walking distance to UofA campus, Bryant Denny Stadium, walking trails, downtown restaurants, shopping, and more!

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. *
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

Great place and great location. Really appreciated the extra items and such in the house. The smallest things like Kleenex, shampoo and salt and pepper can make a place so much more user friendly!! Enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Everything was good with 2 exceptions:
1. We did not have any body wash or soap in bathroom other than hand soap dispenser.
2. There was no coffee in the house. Lots of tea but no coffee.

I was able to rent the Parsons Carriage house a week before the Alabama vs. Tennessee game. My buddy from Boston came down with his father and I brought my dad. They had never been to an SEC game and came away Tide fans for life. One key reason was that the house was perfect. The large living room area was perfect for hanging out and watching games. The sunroom with the fire pit was a huge added bonus. The house was immaculate and the beds including the pull out sofa were great. The location could not have been better. Easy walk to campus and downtown. Both fathers are in their upper 60s and had no trouble at all. The coffee and candy as well as other amenities were a great touch. The staff at Bama B&B rentals were so kind and accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone going to Tuscaloosa. You won’t be disappointed
We had an absolutely wonderful Bama Football stay at Parsons Carriage House! It was equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, offering a great location being close to University attractions, shops, and restaurants. We especially loved the charming outdoor space, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The home itself is spacious and cozy, providing the perfect balance between modern amenities and classic charm. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Every question we had was answered quickly, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Parsons Carriage House is truly a gem, and we can’t recommend it enough. We look forward to returning for another memorable visit!
