Bama B&B - Crimson Suite

Excellent stay, food and hospitality!

We had an amazing time at the B&B. Everything was just as described and very clean. The bed provided us with the best nights sleep, and we had an amazing time at the family style breakfast in the morning. We had to leave early on our second day and Kim provided us with a to go bag so we didn’t miss breakfast. For our first Iron Bowl trip, we couldn’t have asked for anything else.

We had an amazing time. This place is great, very well-appointed, breakfast was perfect and included our Bama student, a lovely family runs it, and I my wife enjoyed getting some spirited elephant earrings made by a family member on game day.

We loved our stay at the Bama Bed and Breakfast. We stayed in 2 rooms - Tusk and Crimson. They were both great. The owners were also great - very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The outside sitting area (screened in) and the yard are very nice. We normally get on the road after breakfast, but we stayed right to checkout time, to enjoy the yard.

We were up for the A-day game and stayed here for our second time. It was again perfect. Marc and Kim are the friendliest hosts you could ask for. Breakfast is 5 star - the cinnamon rolls are heavenly and loved the cocoa syrup (chocolate gravy) and biscuits. So conveniently located to walk to the stadium and downtown. The room was beautifully decorated. Will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the Alabama B&B! Great location, comfy beds, soft towels and very clean. The owners were so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast both days was fantastic! We'd love to stay there again.

Wonderful experience in a home filled with friends and lots of history. Topped off the visit with an excellent game against LSU. Great outdoor space, good home cooked breakfast and all within walking distance to the stadium. We had a blast!

Kim and her team (family actually) were so sweet and helpful! We felt like we were at home in her beautiful B&B, beats a hotel any day!!! Do yourself a favor and experience this beautiful home for your visit. The stadium is also super close!

We had the best stay with Bama Bed and Breakfast! We were visiting Tuscaloosa for some UA events "Roll Tide" and booked this B&B months in advance. From the initial booking to the follow up by the Bama B&B Staff, everything was flawless and wonderful for our visit. We stayed in the Crimson Suite and the room was amazing and extremely clean. The Bama B&B Team thought of everything to make anyone's stay more comfortable. There was a robust supply of welcome snacks and amenities in the room, that you just don't get in a regular hotel stay.

The property we stayed in was about a block from UA "Roll Tide" and parking was plentiful. the breakfast was AMAZING and you can tell the Bama B&B Team puts a LOT of work into providing a memorable stay and dining experience for their guests and they genuinely make everyone feel comfortable and welcome throughout their stay. I wish I could give this place more stars in my review! Do yourself a favor and make it a point to stay with Bama B&B Rentals instead of a traditional hotel on your visit to Tuscaloosa. You'll be glad you did and you'll be more relaxed and better fed throughout your stay. We'll definitely be back...and "Roll Tide"!!!

A perfect place to stay for a game weekend, or just visiting the campus! Extremely accommodating and a welcoming atmosphere. Great breakfasts and exceptional amenities! Definitely recommend to others, and will have to stay again!

Unlike many website listings that overstate their property’s amenities, every aspect of this property was just as it was described. The room was extremely comfortable, with a good bed, quality linens, soft fluffy towels, and lots of thoughtful extras. The owners obviously place a high priority on anticipating their guests’ needs. Kudos to Marc and Kim. We had a wonderful 3 night stay.

Everything was beyond excellent. The only disappointment was that the room that had been chosen, acknowledged and reserved 3 mos. before, was given to another guest; and the room presented in its place, was too small and inadequate for our needs. We had no choice but to take the only room available—the most expensive room. There was no offer of a price adjustment. This was disappointing; however the luxury and convenience and graciousness of the staff more than overshadowed that disappointment.

The home is beautiful, the hosts/owners are exceedingly gracious, and the breakfasts were amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a log. Bathroom was pristine and beautiful. What a relaxing weekend! Will most definitely be back! Top notch accommodations extremely close to campus.

We have stayed at Bama B&B multiple times in multiple rooms over the past year. This is a beautiful, historic house! The rooms are clean, comfortable, unique and fun and unlike any hotel you will have ever stayed in. We love sitting on the 2nd floor porch at the end of the day, and the breakfasts are to die for - come hungry! The staff are all friendly and welcoming. We will be back again and again. Kim and Mark, thank you so much for everything this week! Jonathan and I loved staying with you. Our only disappointment is that we didn’t book BAMA B&B for the two football games we are coming for this fall. If we could cancel there we’d be looking at your openings. Bummer! The quality, amount and amazing flavor of breakfast and all of the personal touches were completely unexpected, and the bed was so comfortable! When I am back next weekend I’d love to learn more about this history of the house… beautiful!

This family has a great deal of experience at this and it shows. The home is amazing. You can feel the history, while at the same time enjoy the hot tub and modern amenities. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was everything you could expect from a good southern kitchen.

Kim was an excellent host and we had a wonderful stay at her place. We look forward to coming back soon!
