Welcome to T-Town Cottage!
The brand new and adorable home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 guests. The property is located 2.7 miles north of Bryant Denny Stadium in Historic Downtown Northport. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other and there is ample seating for everyone to gather around and enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to create a home cooked meal or tailgate treats! There is also coffee starter pack to keep the whole group caffeinated.
The first bedroom has a King bed and optional sofa bed as well as an attached bathroom with a tub shower. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has a King bed and 2 single bed flip sofas. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between with a tub shower.
On the back patio there is an outdoor dining table and umbrella as well as a fire pit and gas grill. The backyard is fully fenced in and the property is pet friendly!
Located down the road from the house there is a boat ramp that is perfect for days out on the water. Feel free to bring your own or rent a boat!

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

I would definitely recommend this rental without qualm.The house was clean and spacious, bedrooms were private for all 9 of us.The only glitch was a minor plumbing problem that was addressed and repaired within a few minutes of contacting the property manager. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils needed. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the entire process of reserving the property, the helpfulness of the staff and our overall stay.

My crew enjoyed a nice guys trip outing for the LSU Bama weekend, and our house was beautifully kept. Our T-Town Cottage was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend outing. An added plus was the large backyard and patio area. Property did not disappoint.

From start to finish, our experience was fabulous. Kristina was extremely pleasant and very friendly, helpful, and most accommodating. The rental was 5 star accommodations. It had anything and everything that you could possible ask for or need. The place was convenient to Main Street and had its own little historic town with a couple of great places to eat. The place was pet friendly which was a great relief for us being refugees from Hurricane Ida. It couldn’t possibly have been any better. Thank you very much. We highly recommend. This is a very nice property in Northport that is a great place for a family and friend stay. Everything is new and sparkling clean. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit table in the fenced backyard while the dogs were able to roam free in the fenced back yard. Great TV and sound bar for game day or movie night. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. There’s also a small market just at the end of the street where you can walk down for any last minute items. ***There are many rules for this property that are not provided in the listing. Be sure to contact Kim in advance to see if these work for you. Our stay ended up being great, but I was ready to cancel due to pages of rules and additional information requests that are required to be completed and signed.

It is unfortunate that cities have cracked down so hard on short-term rentals, and that is exactly the case here. Most of these rules are ones both Tuscaloosa and Northport require of all STR owners, and therefore, our business. Thankfully, most of the stated rules are common-sense rules that respectful guests like your group never have to worry about. You were wonderful guests, and we hope you'll be back to stay again soon!
