The cottage setup is one large room with a twin daybed, a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. Kitchen has a single burner hotplate, an electric griddle, air fryer, and counter top convection oven. It does NOT have a dishwasher or washer/dryer inside the cottage.
- This beautiful cottage is 6.4 miles south of the Stadium!
- The cottage sleeps 3 (Q-sleeper sofa, T-Daybed).
- Fenced in back yard.
- It has a neighborhood pool & playground.
- Southern Charmer is pet friendly!
There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.
This is an owner occupied property that vacates when it is rented. If you find some of the owner's personal items in the condo, this is why.
We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions!
**All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification**
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.
* Please be aware that when you book just the cottage, and not the main house, another guest OR the owner will occupy the main house. *
* Please Read Prior to Booking: Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.
* Please Read Prior to Booking: Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. *
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

The stay at Southern Charmer Cottage was a great place to stay. The owner introduced themselves and was very friendly and helpful,the cottage was clean and very organized. I commented how nice it was to the owner.i would stay there again anytime.

The Southern Charmer Cottage was perfect for my visit for the BAMA/LSU game weekend. The manager was very quick to respond when I had questions. It was clean, comfortable, and safe! The only downside was it was a bit further from campus than I am used to staying, but I was able to UBER with no issues.

The cottage was exactly as advertised and located in a nice,quiet neighborhood. It was quite comfortable with a well stocked kithcenette. The goodie basket, waters, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.
made the stay extra special. All necessary information was easily available. The mattresses on the daybed and pull-out couch were not comfortable, but we were able to manage okay. Overall, Bama B & B was very helpful, easy to contact, accessible, personable and professional every time I had contact with them. We will definitely use their services in the future.

The staff was super helpful and attentive over the almost 12 months in advance I began looking for a place to stay for graduation weekend. I was placed near the top of the waiting list and was assured along the way that there would be a property available for us. The cottage was delightful and charming, clean and comfortable. The surrounding residential neighborhood was upscale and very quiet.

The cottage is such a cute stay! Super clean and had everything I needed for a month long stay. The host was very accommodating and friendly and very quick to reply! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Will definitely be booking again if I’m ever back in the area!
This was perfect for our visit to move our daughter out of school. The house was immaculate and the staff were super responsive. We will definitely stay here again!
