Bridal showers/teas, baby showers, etc.

PRICING:

  • $100 per hour up to 50 guests
  • $100 cleaning fee
  • $200 deposit required

GUIDELINES:
  • An event may not last more than four hours (including set-up & strike). For more elaborate events, please see our Special Event Pricing.
  • Event pricing may not be used for any wedding or wedding receptions.

Retirement parties, birthday parties, etc.

PRICING:

  • $1500 for six hours
  • $200 for each additional hour (two hours maximum may be added)

GUIDELINES:
  • Up to four tables with chairs and tablecloths (two 8' and two 6' tables, 36 chairs)
  • Use of all downstairs common areas and all outdoor areas.
  • Outdoor lighting available.
    Discounted room guest rates ($25 off per room)
  • Complimentary $100 of your choice of our Add-On items listed here.

Meeting Package

Available Year-Round

  • Up to 12 people
  • $25 per hour for use of ONE of the following: The Library The Parlor The Dining Room The Breakfast Porch
  • There is a $50 cleaning fee per reserved room
  • Meeting spaces are for up to 12 guests
  • You may add-on the “Refreshment Pkg.” for $75: coffee (& coffee condiments), sweet & unsweet tea, lemonade, water, cookies, cheese ball & crackers, fruit assortment.
